Your experience band changes the kind of work you receive: beginners acquire capability, developing pilots practice it, experienced pilots demonstrate it, and veterans are pushed toward harder challenges, teamwork, and teaching.

Full pathways use different assignment types — Learn, Build, Demonstrate, Challenge, Wing / Team, and Teach / Mentor. The site picks an experience-appropriate route, but it will not explain every hidden prerequisite. Researching the details is part of the development; Ask the Mongrels is there when you get stuck.

Nothing here locks the rest of the site. The pathway makes decisions for you when it reasonably can, but every assignment remains optional and every activity remains available to browse.
